FREE Venue Space For 15 To 75 People

We have three different venue options for FREE. Book our Private Cellar for small groups of 15 or less. Our lounge area is perfect for groups of up to 45 or have access to our entire venue for larger groups up to 75.

HOW DOES OUR FREE VENUE RENTAL WORK?

Because we offer the venue space for free our availability fills up quickly. The more details you can provide in your email, the easier and faster we can help you.

We Will Send You A Reservation Agreement

All our dates are booked on a first come first serve basis. No date will be secured until we have a signed reservation agreement. The reservation agreement will outline all the details of the rental.

Provide a $50 Service Fee To Secure Your Date

For each venue rental, we do require a $50 service fee to secure the date. Any additional deposits for food, etc. are fully refundable as long as you cancel within 31 days of the event.

USE Provided IN-HOUSE CATERING OR BRING YOUR OWN FOOD

We have an excellent in-house chef & catering menu or you can choose to bring in your own food. There is a $150 outside food fee to cover plates, clean-up, garbage removal, etc.

HOW DOES YOUR FREE RENT WORK?

We are a newer space and to help us get the word out we are offering our space for free. We do ask that each adult purchases an alcoholic drink to help us cover our costs. There is a $50 non-refundable service fee to cover the time it takes to plan and reserve the space for you.

DO YOU RENT THE SPACE BY THE HOUR?

Yes, if you prefer you or your guests to not purchase a drink, we rent the space starting at $100/hour.

DO YOU CLOSE THE SPACE TO THE PUBLIC FOR OUR PARTY?

Depending on the party size will depend on how we section the space. You will be given a private section of the venue, however, depending on the size, our other guests will still have access to the bar, bathrooms & patio. You can choose to pay extra to close the inside (minus bathrooms) to the public.

WHEN CAN WE VIEW THE SPACE?

Please schedule a time with our event coordinator to see the space and we'll be happy to answer any questions. However, please confirm we have the date available that you are looking for before requesting a time to see the space. Please email events@drinkeezy.com

HOW LONG CAN WE USE THE SPACE FOR FREE?

We provide the space for free for 3 hours. This includes set and clean-up. If you need additional time it is $100/hour.

HOW LATE ARE YOU OPEN?

We are open until 8pm during the week, 9pm on Friday & Saturdays & 6pm on Sundays. We can extend our hours for your event for $100/hour.

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN DECORATIONS?

Yes, feel free to bring in your own decor, however, the decorations can not damage our space and all decorations must be cleaned up before leaving. We request no confetti-styled decorations.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You can cancel your event within 31 days of your date to receive a full refund minus the $25 administration fee. However, we kindly ask you do not reserve a date if there is a chance you may cancel. We are a small family-owned business and we would potentially lose an entire evening of business if you cancel and it also will prevent another party from being able to secure that date in advance.

WHAT DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS REQUIRED?

We require a $100 deposit for events for 50 guests or less. A $200 deposit for 50-75 guests. A $250 deposit for 75-100 guests.

DO YOU HAVE FOOD OPTIONS?

Yes, we have an amazing menu of appetizers, finger foods, or three-course buffet-style meal options. Please scroll up above the testimonial section for the link to our menus.

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN FOOD?

Yes, we do charge a $150 outside food fee to cover any additional plates, silverware, clean up, garbage removal, etc. There is no charge to bring in outside dessert. We do not provide plates, napkins, or silverware for dessert if you bring it from outside. We do not allow very fragrant food like fish or curry to be brought in from outside.

CAN WE BRING IN OUTSIDE BEVERAGES?

No, we offer all alcohol and non-alcohol options including water.

DO YOU HAVE BEER?

Yes, we have a great selection of handcrafted wine, beer and cocktails (ex- Mimosas) that can be purchased. To view our drink menus, please select from the drop-down menu on our home page under the heading Tasting Room.

ARE YOU KID FRIENDLY?

Yes, we love kids. However, we do ask that the children-to-adult ratio be max 25% children to 75% adults.

CAN I RUN A BAR TAB?

Yes, it's very easy. Provide us with the amount and we'll let you know when your guests reach it. We can also provide drink tickets to your guests if you prefer that option.

CAN I HIRE A BAND OR DJ?

We only allow bands or DJs if you choose to pay the additional rental fee to close the inside to the public. We have a great in-house sound system that can be hooked up to a playlist free of charge.
